The team is part of the commercial organization and provides support to the sales and partner teams in developing opportunities through to close.

This role is based in Germany; candidates must currently live in Germany & have the right to work. The role can be remote from anywhere in Germany.

About the Role

As a solutions consultant, e-invoicing will be responsible for:

  • Presentation related to the product/services including ONESOURCE Pagero, Pagero Online, invoice audit, etc.
  • Customer deep dives/discovery
  • Demo of Pagero services including ONESOURCE Pagero, Pagero Online, invoice audit (others)
  • Managing demo accounts/data/scripts
  • Presentation of the Pagero/TR country/3rd party network compliance process
  • Responding to questions from members of the commercial team (Zendesk process)
  • Completing RFx
  • Completing Data security questionnaires (until mid 2025)
  • Maintaining data in Loopio, our knowledge database tool

About You:

  • 3 to 5+ years presales, solutions, technical consulting or professional services experience with SaaS B2B/P2P/OTC
  • Degree education
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in German
  • Good understanding of the Purchase-to-pay and the Orders-to-cash process
  • Client-facing experience
  • A strong understanding of connectivity and e-invoicing data formats
  • Regional mandates and ViDA
