About the Role :

We are seeking a Solution Architect with a focus on Core Clouds configuration to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will design and configure solutions using the platform's point-and-click configuration tools to meet business process and application requirements.Lead the assessment of business requirements and the collection and identification of technical specifications.Develop technology solutions and interface with business stakeholders to understand their needs.Translate business needs into configurable software components, providing expert consulting advice.Develop prototypes using configuration tools and demonstrate these to stakeholders to validate solution approaches.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the configuration supports the desired business processes.Provide expertise in the platform's configuration capabilities during the solution design and implementation phases.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and can be seamlessly integrated with other systems.Conduct solution testing and troubleshooting, resolving configuration issues as they arise.Document the configuration details and maintain records of system changes.Stay current with the latest updates and features of the platform and evaluate their applicability to organizational needs.Lead and mentor a team of configuration specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective solution delivery.Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.Coordinate team efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Systems Analyst, or similar role with a focus on software configuration and consulting.Hands-on experience with platforms that offer extensive point-and-click configuration capabilities (e.G., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics), especially within Core Clouds.Experience in configuring and deploying enterprise software solutions without heavy reliance on custom code.Strong understanding of the principles of configuration management and its best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on consulting.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in English.
