What will make you succeed in this position?

• Minimum 7 years of experience building web-based/backend development
• Seven years experiences with at least one of the following: transactional high-availability ecommerce middleware or web applications based on Java/Spring Boot/Quarkus or distributed high-volume enterprise-class applications operated in a high availability environment (7/24/365)
• Experience with UML and other design expression methodologies (Archimate…)
• BAC + 5 (University degree, business school, engineering)
• Effective team player who enjoys working in an internationally diverse environment
• English: written and spoken required
• Excellent communicator with the ability to convince others
• Autonomous, self-starter, curious, not afraid to dig into the details or to look for information
• Open to occasional international travel according to need

Your mission in the role will be:

• Define, implement and maintain the functional and technical architecture of the ACM Platform according to the enterprise architecture strategy
• Review and guide the technical work of several near-shore and off-shore development teams
• Translating functional specifications into technical models that meet functional, operational and environmental requirements.
• Lead and govern High level architecture design for Tribe's Epic in full cooperation with Tribe's development squads.
• Foster the end-to-end architecture of the platform to the squads and tribes and ensure the harmonization of the capabilities across the different teams
