Solution Architect MES Platforms

Parsec Automation seeks an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in implementing Manufacturing System (MES) platforms. As an MES Solution Architect, you will advise clients on MES strategy and design while architecting scalable implementations of TrakSYS. You will guide discovery, standardize best practices, and ensure solutions align with client objectives and platform capabilities, contributing to our reputation for high-impact MES services across diverse manufacturing industries.

What You Will Do :

• Strategic Solution Design
• Lead MES architecture design based on customer needs and manufacturing best practices.
• Conduct discovery workshops and site assessments to understand current and future processes.
• Translate business needs into scalable, flexible, and maintainable TrakSYS solutions.
• Create high-level solution architecture documentation and support proposals.

• Implementation Oversight
• Oversee MES implementation projects to ensure design and standards adherence.
• Collaborate with development teams to maintain solution integrity and quality.
• Perform technical reviews and resolve issues during critical phases.

• Client Consulting & Domain Expertise
• Support clients in defining MES implementation roadmaps, including ERP integration.
• Recommend configurations and uses of TrakSYS based on client needs and industry context.
• Lead efforts to develop reusable artifacts, templates, and standards.
• Promote consistency and continuous improvement in delivery methodologies.
• Share knowledge and enable new team members.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales and Marketing for presales activities and solution scoping.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feedback and roadmaps.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in MES consulting, solution architecture, or manufacturing system implementation.
• Strong expertise in MES platforms (TrakSYS preferred), manufacturing processes, and system integration.
• Proven leadership in client-facing roles with analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with MES-ERP integration and familiarity with standards like ISA-95.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on TrakSYS configuration or deployment experience.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing verticals (e.g., Food & Beverage, Pharma, CPG).
