We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Solution Architect to support our team in the EMEA market. In your role you'll act as a technical expert, responsible for actively driving and managing the technical aspects of our sales engagements.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for driving and winning enterprise opportunities alongside your Account Executives. You will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' business, aligning the benefits of our platform to their challenges, and showcasing the value they will gain with Productsup. You will work closely with our Product and Implementation teams to provide feedback on market requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

If you enjoy engaging with customers on a technical level while focusing on values and are passionate about e-commerce, we want to hear from you.

In your first three months, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our solutions and how to sell them to enterprise clients
  • Learn to sell technical solutions while emphasizing values and business outcomes
  • Shadow your peers and account executives on demo calls
  • Co-lead technical demo calls with the support of our existing Solutions Architects

In your first six months and beyond, you will:

  • Independently lead technical demo calls for prospective clients
  • Deepen understanding of our customers’ technology stacks and how to best integrate with our solutions
  • Help prospects develop their perception of the problems they aim to solve and understand the business value our platform provides
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies to better position Productsup to prospects

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, and/or account management, ideally within e-commerce and/or online advertising industries
  • Ability to articulate business value and impact through demonstrations, POCs, and technical sales presentations
  • Extensive experience in value-based SaaS selling
  • Familiarity with the needs of enterprise customers integrating with SaaS platforms
  • Feed management or marketplaces experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or tech/software environments
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written
