We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Solution Architect to support our team in the EMEA market. In your role, you'll act as a technical expert, responsible for actively driving and managing the technical aspects of our sales engagements.

As a Solution Architect, you will drive and win enterprise opportunities alongside your Account Executives. You will understand our customers' business needs, align the benefits of our platform to their challenges, and showcase the value of Productsup. Collaboration with our Product and Implementation teams is essential to feed market requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.

If you enjoy engaging with customers on a technical level, focusing on value, and have a passion for e-commerce, we want to hear from you.

In your first three months, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our solutions and how to sell them to enterprise clients
  • Learn to sell technical solutions with a focus on value and business outcomes
  • Shadow peers and account executives on demo calls
  • Co-lead technical demo calls with support from existing Solutions Architects

In your first six months and beyond, you will:

  • Independently lead technical demo calls for prospective clients
  • Develop a deeper understanding of our customers’ technology stacks and integration points
  • Assist prospects in perceiving their problems and understanding the business value our platform delivers
  • Collaborate with the team to refine strategies for positioning Productsup to prospects

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or account management, preferably in e-commerce or online advertising
  • Ability to articulate business value through demonstrations, POCs, and technical sales presentations
  • Extensive experience in value-based SaaS selling
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer needs and SaaS platform integration
  • Feed management or marketplaces experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in fast-paced startup or tech environments
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written
