Solution Architect (gn) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise

pensum: full time | working model: remote or hybrid | contract: perm

location: Germany, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Poland

The role

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Be responsible for the architecture of one or more solutions
2. Translate customer needs into actionable requirements
3. Ensure operational requirements like performance and usability are met
4. Present and document solution designs
5. Guide development teams to implement your designs
6. Collaborate with process designers and team members
7. Align your designs with the overall IT strategy

What we need to see from you

Your Key Expertise:

1. Microsoft Dynamics CRM (incl. rollout / migration experience)
2. Solution Architecture

Your Key Abilities:

1. Identify and balance technical debt with new feature development.
2. Take on problems using logic and creativity, anticipating future issues
3. Analyze data to identify patterns and draw significant conclusions
4. Apply agile practices to evolving architectures
5. Implement guided, incremental changes across multiple dimensions
6. Ensure data quality (correctness, availability, accuracy)
