? Role Overview

At Coforge, we are seeking a Generative AI Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable, ethical, and high-performing AI systems.

? Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end generative AI solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and develop tailored AI strategies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate models, frameworks, and tools for optimal performance and scalability.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate AI approaches.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineering and data science teams.
• Stay current with emerging trends in generative AI to inform strategic decisions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of generative AI concepts, methodologies, and design patterns.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to assess and select appropriate generative AI technologies and tools.
• Awareness of ethical considerations and governance in generative AI design.
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Background in agent-based AI systems or multi-agent collaboration frameworks.

? Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML solution architecture, with at least 1 year focused on generative AI.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are a plus.
