A leading tech company based in Spain is looking for a Customer Experience expert to advise customers on CRM issues and design solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in CRM and must be fluent in German and possess good English skills. Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM systems.

How your day will look like:

  • Advising customers on technical issues related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a cloud solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Creating concepts for system architecture
  • Taking responsibility for solution design and implementation, and communicating with customers on a technical level
  • Engaging with product innovations and being recognized internally and externally for your knowledge of leading-edge technology
  • Solving problems pragmatically and explaining technical concepts simply

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Cobra CRM, or similar)
  • Strong passion for new technologies, especially in the Microsoft environment
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge via articles, blog posts, reference cases, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Quick understanding of customer needs, pragmatic solution finding, and technical implementation skills
  • Motivated to learn and grow personally
  • IT background and/or a university degree in business informatics or computer science
  • Fluent German (C1 or C2) and good English skills
  • EU citizenship or Spanish work visa
