How your day will look like
- Advise customers on technical issues related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), based on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Create concepts for system architecture and related solutions.
- Take responsibility for solution design and implementation, communicating with customers on a technical level.
- Engage with product innovations and be recognized internally and externally for your expertise in leading-edge technology.
- Apply pragmatic problem-solving approaches and explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Cobra CRM, or similar).
- Strong passion for new technologies, especially within the Microsoft environment.
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge through articles, blog posts, reference cases, LinkedIn posts, etc.
- Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand needs and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Motivated to learn and grow personally.
- IT background and/or a university degree in business informatics or computer science.
- Fluent in German (C1 or C2) and proficient in English.
- EU citizenship or Spanish work visa.
