A leading technology firm in Santander is seeking an experienced customer experience advisor specializing in CRM systems. You will advise customers on technical issues related to a cloud solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in CRM systems, are fluent in German, and possess a strong passion for new technologies. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of customer experience.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Cobra CRM, or similar).
  • Fluent in German (C1 or C2) and proficient in English.
  • EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work visa.

Responsabilidades

  • Advising customers on technical issues related to CRM.
  • Creating concepts for system architecture.
  • Responsible for solution design and implementation.

What your day will look like:

  • Advising customers in workshops on technical issues related to CRM, a cloud solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Creating concepts for system architecture and related tasks
  • Taking responsibility for solution design and implementation, and communicating with customers on a technical level
  • Engaging with product innovations and being recognized for your knowledge of leading-edge technology
  • Solving problems pragmatically and explaining technical concepts simply

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Cobra CRM, or similar)
  • A strong passion for new technologies, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Enjoy sharing your knowledge through articles, blog posts, reference cases, LinkedIn posts, etc.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand needs, find pragmatic solutions, and implement them technically
  • Motivated to learn and grow personally
  • An IT background and/or a technical university degree in business informatics or computer science
  • Fluent in German (C1 or C2) and proficient in English
  • EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work visa
