How your day will look like:

• Advise customers on technical issues related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a cloud solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform, during workshops.
• Take responsibility for solution design and implementation, communicating with customers on a technical level.
• Stay updated on product innovations and be recognized for your knowledge of leading-edge technology.
• Solve problems pragmatically and explain technical concepts simply.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Cobra CRM, or similar).
• Strong passion for new technologies, especially in the Microsoft environment.
• Enjoy sharing knowledge via articles, blog posts, LinkedIn, etc.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand needs and implement solutions.
• Motivated to learn and grow personally.
• IT background and/or a technical degree in business informatics or computer science.
• Fluent German (C1 or C2) and good English skills.
• EU citizenship or Spanish work visa.
