Work with a team of experts on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Azure PaaS cloud-technology platform.
Be responsible for the stability, reliability and performance of the implemented end-to-end sales processes.
Lead your team in implementing clean, automated, tested and performant solutions. Establish meaningful performance and quality metrics as evidence for continuous improvement.
Integrate different Enterprise applications like CPQ, ERP, (IT-) Service management, MDM, Sales Support Tools and Workflow Apps seamlessly.
Further develop and optimize our global Sales Automation and Order Management platform using modern design patterns. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Owners, Product Managers, and Product Owners to improve reliability, performance and maintainability.
Find technical solutions for the implementation and optimization of business sales processes in close cooperation with Business Owners, Product Managers and Product Owners.
Advise the Product Owners on Technologies, Architectures, Methods and Tools to maximize fit-for-purpose and fast value to market/user.
Establish and support the definition and execution of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and capabilities like security, scalability of the solutions, fit-for-purpose Architecture in alignment with our Enterprise Architecture Principles and Standards.
What we need to see from you
Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Proven knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 cloud architecture and standard methodologies about how to implement, test and continuously deploy customizations.
Expertise in Azure PaaS, .NET Core, Angular, Web API, and OpenAPI.
Experience in common, best-practice Design Patterns of loosely coupled, microservices based architectures, distributed Systems, Principles of Domain Driven Design (DDD) are essential.
Knowledge of Marketo and Outreach connected to CRM is a helpful skill.
Understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Sales Process Automation in a global enterprise.
Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD and quality assurance practices (unit testing, code, security, and architecture reviews) and the ability to establish these processes.
Proactive and motivated to learn new things, love to collaborate across multiple, internal and external development teams/integration Partners.
Experience in large-scale system environments with line-of-business applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (Navision), ServiceNow and others.
Willingness to mentor Developers and engage hands-on with Development Teams.
Large-scale refactoring, Agile Architecture and Code Cleanup Experience is a plus.
