This includes identifying and analyzing requirements and transferring them into technical concepts.- You work in close collaboration with IT experts and professionals from other areas: our consultants, business and creative product owners as well as management and experts from our clients.- You work closely together with the tech implementation team and contribute actively to its challenges and tasks, e. g. by writing user stories or estimating efforts.- You enjoy “getting your hands dirty” and diving into code yourself when necessary to drive quality and a structured technical approach.**What you need to bring**:- University degree in IT or similar- Ability to translate business concepts into use cases, user stories and technical requirements leading to a coherent architecture.- Outstanding analytical and social skills as well as strong communication abilities plus a talent for leadership.- Deep knowledge of the Drupal eco system- Ability to design complex architectures- 5+ years of experience with the technology mentioned above.- 2+ years of relevant Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst experience in a software development setting.- Experience in working with various development teams and manage their feature demands.- Excellent English (spoken and written). Other languages - esp.
