Reporting to the Sales Director P&P, this position is the customer-facing solution owner, engaging with companies across EMEA, from pre-sales and solution design to implementation of color management solutions and beyond. This is a remote position based in Italy or Spain.

In this role, a typical day will include :

• Developing a deep understanding of account needs, creating program requirements & specifications.
• Guiding projects through pilot and implementation stages.
• Delivering training and technical support.
• Managing a smooth transition to Application Support.
• Relaying the Voice of Customer to R&D and product managers.
• Collaborating with sister companies (e.g., Pantone, Esko) on shared strategic accounts.

The essential requirements include :

• Fluent in Italian and Spanish. Business English required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a color-related field (e.g., graphic arts, paints, plastics, textiles).
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the printing and packaging industry.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (networking, database servers, cloud computing).
• Willingness to travel widely across EMEA (up to 50%).
