The candidate will work closely with various teams to position solutions, engage with customers, and contribute to the full prospect-to-customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SCM solutions and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Blue Yonder is seeking creative, high-energy talent with both technical hands-on capabilities and domain knowledge in Supply Chain.The candidate will be part of the Manufacturing Industries organization, working closely with Product Management, Product Development, Industry Solutions, Pre-Sales, Customer Implementation SA’s, and Product Marketing.The candidate should be self-driven, a strong problem-solver, and possess good communication skills, attention to detail, a competitive drive, teamwork skills, and the ability to synthesize perspectives at industry levels to support industry messaging.Solution execution capability is essential to accelerate product capabilities in the field (pre-sales, implementations). Responsibilities include positioning solutions, developing demos for sales, delivering customer impact through solution architecting, and providing feedback to product teams for improvement.The role involves various aspects of the full prospect-to-customer lifecycle, including participating in Supply Chain Opportunity and Impact Assessments.Ideal candidate skills / QualitiesKnowledge of SCM domain, technical solution architecture, strong communication skills, tactical execution, and the ability to drive product changes with velocity.Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, articulating business impacts, translating technical info into layperson and business terms, storyboarding complex problems, and preparing high-quality deliverables.Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and analyze options, apply industry best practices, and facilitate negotiations among diverse stakeholders.Experience that will make this role successful :

Deep understanding of key industry verticals and SCM solution architecture.Strong knowledge of Business, Industry, and IT Strategy and Architecture.Experience as a partner or senior engagement manager at a large systems integrator, IT consulting firm, or similar organization, managing solutions / services business and strategy development.Understanding of current cloud technologies, market trends, and emerging tools within and outside Supply Chain solutions.Leadership in global customer engagements, understanding customer needs, objectives, and budgets.Experience in building transformation enterprise architectures that align with business strategies to drive growth and reduce costs.Desired skills :
