Join our product team to work on an innovative fintech solution—Catalyst Integration Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop new functionalities for internal company products, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery managers, and teams to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions, aligning architecture with business goals and user expectations.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to product growth by addressing strategic challenges.
- Work with the development team and technical lead to define scope and maintain results.
- Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales, providing insights into technology impacts, and addressing client questions to build trust.
- Partner with sales and project teams to develop proposals with technical specs, timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring architecture feasibility, scalability, and client satisfaction.
Technical skills :
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect with a background in software development.
- Deep understanding of architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures, with the ability to select appropriate patterns per project.
- Experience designing and implementing solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with knowledge of cloud services, deployment, scalability, and security best practices.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, data protection, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI / CD, including automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prospects simultaneously.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
