About the role:

We are looking for a Solution Architect focusing on Brand and Product Creation Foundation Technologies. You will design scalable, secure, high-performance solutions supporting master data management, data streams, and backend services, acting as both a design leader and technical analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Design and document scalable, secure backend solutions using Java and AWS.
• Apply microservices and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Ensure compliance with architecture standards and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Lead solution discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Work on data streams, master data, and backend capabilities to ensure data integrity.
• Leverage Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and integrate messaging systems like Kafka.
• Guide developers, review designs, and support architectural decisions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in solution architecture design.
• 10+ years in Java backend development.
• Proficiency in Java, AWS, Kubernetes.
• Experience with data modeling, API design, event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Kafka, SQL / NoSQL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Experience with data lakes, Elasticsearch, infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Certifications like TOGAF, AWS are a plus.
