About the role :

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team, focusing on the Brand and Product Creation Foundation Technologies. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support master data management, data streams, and reusable backend services. You will serve a dual function : leading architectural design and acting as a technical analyst to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities :

• Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performing backend solutions using Java and AWS
• Apply microservices and event-driven architecture patterns
• Ensure compliance with architecture governance and documentation standards
• Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring quality and consistency in implementation

Stakeholder Collaboration :

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
• Lead whiteboarding and solution discovery sessions
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and validate feasibility

Data-Centric Development :

• Work across foundational services involving data streams, master data, and reusable backend capabilities
• Ensure data integrity and lifecycle consistency across multiple systems

DevOps & Infrastructure :

• Leverage containerization (Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines for smooth deployments
• Integrate with messaging systems (Kafka preferred) and various storage solutions (SQL / NoSQL)
• Guide developers, review designs, and support teams on architectural decisions
• Ensure alignment with technical standards and delivery methodologies

Requirements :

• 5+ years in solution architecture design
• 10+ years in hands-on Java backend development
• Proven ability to serve as a Technical Analyst
• Proficiency in Java, AWS (core services), and Kubernetes
• Experience with data modeling, API design, and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with CI / CD, messaging systems (Kafka), and storage architecture (SQL, NoSQL)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and technical documentation
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with data lakes, Elasticsearch, and infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or SAFe delivery frameworks
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, or other relevant architecture / delivery credentials
