WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Join us as a Support Analyst, becoming the first point of contact for our customers. You will work in an international environment, helping resolve issues related to our editorial platforms, which include on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions on Amazon Cloud. Your role involves managing incident reports, troubleshooting, and collaborating with customers' IT staff to resolve issues.

Specifically, you will:

1. Handle incoming support requests through our ticket system.
2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
3. Engage with code, database systems, virtualization, networks, and servers.
4. Manage incident reports and communicate with IT staff.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of software development experience, primarily in Java; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Experience with Docker/Containers.
- Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based systems.
- Web technologies knowledge.
- Database experience, e.g., MySQL.
- Understanding of infrastructure, networks, and security.
- Knowledge of Bash, Python, PHP, Perl, Java, Tomcat, Nginx is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
