WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Seeking to work with the latest tools and technologies? Want to resolve issues for major newspapers and broadcasters?

Join us as the first point of contact for our customers, within an international team eager to welcome you. You'll work with our editorial platforms, gaining exposure to our product catalog, technologies, and operational solutions, including on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions on Amazon Cloud.

Help our customers resolve their issues

As Support Analyst, you'll work with code, databases, virtualization, networks, and servers, managing incident reports and communicating with customer IT staff to resolve issues.

More specifically, you will :

  • Handle incoming reports and requests via our ticket system
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and find solutions to issues

Experienced software developer eager to explore new techs

You are proactive, a problem solver, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate globally. You are eager to learn and adopt new technical skills, create workarounds, and manage solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3+ years of software development experience, primarily in Java; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Experience with Docker/Containers
  • Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based systems
  • Proficiency in web technologies
  • Experience with databases like MySQL
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and security
  • Familiarity with Bash, Python, PHP, Perl, Java, Tomcat, Nginx is advantageous
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
