Your Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Development: Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning; conduct performance reviews; identify skill gaps; maintain technical guidance; ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Project and Sprint Management: Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and architects; oversee sprint planning and execution; monitor progress; align team goals; drive process improvements; report on performance and risks.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose technical enhancements; stay updated on industry trends; facilitate retrospectives; promote feedback culture; communicate technical decisions; ensure seamless integration of solutions; document architectural choices.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in similar roles; at least 8 years in software development; 3+ years in management; successful project delivery; experience in agile environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in C# and .NET; knowledge of React and front-end development; understanding of SOLID, Clean Architecture, TDD, DDD.
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities; effective in cross-functional collaboration.
