We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Tester responsible for testing the functionality and usability of software, ensuring quality throughout the development process.

Responsibilities:

1. Support application software testing, integration, and configuration management to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Follow SDLC processes to create high-quality systems, collaborating with other teams.
3. Drive build and QA processes to improve quality and efficiency.
4. Advise on best practices and optimizations during testing and bug fixing.
5. Develop test plans and approaches for identifying bugs and exploits.
6. Document and evaluate test results.

Skills and Abilities:

1. 2+ years of experience in functional testing.
2. Ability to learn Ria applications quickly and work independently.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodology, participating in sprint grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
4. Knowledge of QA testing processes, including test estimation, planning, execution, and bug reporting.
5. Proactive in identifying requirements gaps early in SDLC.
6. Report bugs and troubleshoot issues with development teams.
7. Proficient with test management tools like Quality Center, Jira, TFS, Azure DevOps.
8. Understanding of backend processes.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout development.
10. Good team player, capable of helping others meet deadlines.
11. Experience working with distributed teams.
12. Assist in investigating and resolving production issues.
13. Effective multitasking and priority management.
14. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
