We're looking for a lawyer with experience in mass litigation within the Spanish civil law framework who's eager to grow in a dynamic, innovative team that's driven to do things differently. This role is perfect for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute both to legal strategy and continuous process improvement.What will you be doing day-to-day?Manage litigation cases from start to finish, coordinating with internal and external legal counsel as needed.Analyze legal data to identify risks, patterns, and strategic opportunities.Work closely with operations, compliance, and business teams to ensure transparency and efficiency across the process.Suggest and implement legal tech tools to enhance how we work.Apply project management principles to keep everything running smoothly and on time.Contribute to improving internal processes through automation and data-driven approaches.What we're looking for :

Law degree and active membership with the Bar Association (ICA).2 to 4 years of litigation experience (preferably in mass claims, usury cases, or honor-related matters).Strong legal data management and case tracking skills.Genuine interest in legal tech (case management platforms, analytics tools, etc.).Ability to communicate legal topics clearly to non-legal stakeholders.High level of English (minimum C1).Hands-on mindset, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.Nice to have :

Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.Previous experience in mass litigation or usury cases.Eagerness to innovate, propose ideas, and keep learning.Interest in emerging technologies and AI applied to legal processes.Benefits :
