Hello! We are Boutique.Yachts and we are looking for an ambitious Yacht Sales Executive to represent a select portfolio of yacht brands in the Middle East market. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing and well-connected team, with access to powerful in-house marketing support, market intelligence tools, and a strong digital presence.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder, comfortable handling high-value transactions, and passionate about the yachting lifestyle. Your role is to build trust, deliver results, and act as a key brand ambassador for Boutique.Yachts in the region.

Boutique.Yachts is an international group of companies founded in 2010, specializing in yacht brokerage and a digital platform dedicated to yachting. With offices in Europe and the Middle East, we provide personalized and discreet services to a select clientele valuing authenticity and expertise.

What you will do:

  1. Represent leading yacht brands in the region, managing the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure;
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, shipyards, and industry stakeholders;
  3. Conduct consultations to understand client needs and match yachts accordingly;
  4. Coordinate yacht visits, sea trials, and negotiations;
  5. Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and enhance visibility;
  6. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity;
  7. Attend boat shows and client events.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in yacht sales, charter, or dealership environments;
  • Strong knowledge of yachts and the luxury marine industry;
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Professional, self-motivated, and organized;
  • Yacht captain license or crew experience is a plus;
  • Based in the EU or UAE with the ability to work remotely.
