Job Title : In-House Social Media and Content Creator

Roccabox, a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate company based in Nueva Andalucía, is seeking a talented and experienced In-House Social Media and Content Creator to join our team.

As our company continues to expand, we recognize the critical importance of maintaining a strong online presence and captivating content to showcase our properties and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Create engaging and visually appealing content including photos, videos, and written copy to highlight our properties, community events, and company culture.
3. Produce high-quality videos using cameras, drones, gimbals, and studio equipment provided by the company.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with marketing objectives.
5. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and actively engage with followers.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation to optimize our strategy.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a valuable asset.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing techniques is a plus.
