About the Role

Roccabox, a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate company based in Nueva Andalucía, is seeking a talented and experienced In-House Social Media and Content Creator to join our team. As our company expands, maintaining a strong online presence and captivating content to showcase our properties and engage with our audience is essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  2. Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and written copy, to highlight properties, community events, and company culture.
  3. Produce high-quality videos using cameras, drones, gimbals, and studio equipment provided by the company.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
  5. Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, messages, and actively engage followers.
  6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices to optimize strategy.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  2. Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in real estate.
  3. Skills in photography, videography, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  4. Understanding of social media analytics and data interpretation.
  5. Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  7. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
