We are looking for you! As a Social Media / Content Senior Specialist, you'll support the marketing team to bring the best results through digital channels (website, social media, digital advertising…).

Propose new social media trends or influencer collaborations, show how to increase lead generation through website & paid media and interact / improve our community's engagement are part of the activities to coordinate.

Objectives of this role

  • Manage directly the Social Media planning with involved agencies (creative and media).
  • Develop new ways of increasing KPIs (followers, reach, interactions) through Social Media channels.
  • Propose and generate new Digital Contents in line with the brand's needs.
  • Propose and develop new ways of increasing traffic and leads through Social Media channels.
  • Coordinate integration of the social media campaign with dealers activities and paid media activities.
  • Measure and analyze campaigns' success using data and analytics tools.
  • Create Google Analytics reports to share results with HQ & marketing teams.
  • Take part and lead meetings to explain the digital communication details to get the key performance metrics (KPIs).

Your responsibilities

  • Work on social media content that works on concrete KPIs & objectives (community, reach, and interaction).
  • Guarantee digital content is aligned with offline communication objectives.
  • Understand how ad creative elements perform for each unique advertising goal (traffic, conversions, and engagement).
  • Ensure website information is always updated and working properly, delivering data to CRM & Analytics platforms.
  • Share results obtained through digital channels with analytics platforms.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and new technologies and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in advertising, Visual Design, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in marketing, social media content, or digital marketing roles.
  • High level of English (written & spoken).
  • Analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies.
  • Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Good attitude to new challenges!

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience in dealing with creative and social media agencies.
  • Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with media buying.
