Job Description:

Service Delivery Project Manager | IT, System Migrations | Barcelona (remote)

We are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Project Manager with expertise in IT to join an international retail solutions provider. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of IT solutions and ensure high standards of service delivery to clients, maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage large IT projects using Agile methodologies.
2. Supervise and manage project teams.
3. Coordinate planning, execution, and communication across projects.
4. Support implementation and upgrades of EPOS systems.
5. Ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
6. Facilitate seamless integration with existing enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management and service delivery.
• Experience with system migrations, transformations, and rollouts.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 suite.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
• Proficiency with project management software (preferably Monday.com).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Salary: €45,000 - €55,000
• Fully remote position with occasional international travel.
