Job Description:

Are you ready to make impactful changes in the IAM space, play a critical role in maximizing customer value through the product, and define and execute the product vision? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Owner to lead the future of Identity and Access Management!

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the platform supporting all services built on Identity Manager technology, aligning the product vision with stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
3. Prioritize business and technical demands into a clear backlog, balancing short-term and long-term goals.
4. Guide the product lifecycle to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
5. Maintain operational reliability and cost-efficiency, supporting Agile teams with best practices.
6. Promote high-quality, iterative delivery incorporating stakeholder feedback.
7. Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements like security, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Certified Product Owner with experience using Identity Manager platforms (e.g., One Identity Manager).
• Experience developing and managing CI/CD pipelines in complex IT environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven project leadership and agile methodology experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with software modernization and cloud-native architectures.
• Degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Several years of IAM experience, especially as IAM Engineer or Product Owner.
