Cerashield is a leading ceramic coating specialist serving the global superyacht and leisure marine industries.

We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Palma de Mallorca and help bring our marketing strategy to life.In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with sales, product design, and external partners.

From campaign execution to content creation, your ideas and skills will directly shape how our brand is seen across international markets.Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the UK and Spanish markets.- Create and design content including press releases, social media copy, email campaigns, and print materials.- Manage brand consistency across all channels, including websites, marketing assets, and internal documentation.- Edit and publish engaging multimedia content — including short-form videos, visuals, and presentations.- Plan and schedule content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, and Canva.- Manage and grow email marketing lists; assist with campaign builds and performance tracking.- Maintain and optimise the CRM system to improve lead generation and customer segmentation.- Collaborate with sales and product design teams on marketing materials and proposals.- Analyse performance using Google Analytics and other tools; report on key metrics.-Provide support for trade shows, client events, and promotional activities.- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and competitor activity.- Contribute ideas for new platforms, tools, or strategies to improve brand visibility.What We're Looking For- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or content creation role.- Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.- Must be eligible to work in Spain.- Comfortable using or quickly learning platforms like Canva, CapCut, Opus Clip, Google Analytics.- Solid understanding of SEO best practices.- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.- Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation.- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong team player with great communication and collaboration skills.Perks & Benefits- Full-time permanent contract- Be part of a growing international business with high-profile clients- Creative and supportive team culture- Opportunities for professional development and growthIf you're a proactive marketer with a passion for content and want to make your mark in an innovative company, we'd love to hear from you.To apply, please send your CV, a short cover letter, and examples of content or campaigns you've worked on to ******: Palma de Mallorca, SpainSchedule: Full-time, Monday to FridayTravel: Based in the office, with flexibility to travel to projects
