About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a passionate Marketing Artist to bring our brand and products to life through visually compelling creatives. You’ll collaborate with marketers, product managers, and fellow creatives to develop standout visuals for paid media, social campaigns, and promotional content that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions. You’ll be the artistic force behind the assets that introduce our product to the world—balancing performance and creativity, storytelling and branding.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Create high-performing marketing visuals: including static images, animations, short videos, and ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
  2. Own the visual identity in our marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with new styles to increase performance.
  3. Collaborate with marketing teams to understand performance goals, analyze creative data, and continuously optimize assets for better results.
  4. Stay current on trends in social media, advertising, and design to ensure fresh and effective visual storytelling.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, iterative cycles.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a visual design, marketing, or creative production role—bonus points if in performance marketing or gaming.
  2. Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a variety of marketing channels.
  3. Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), Figma, or similar.
  4. Familiarity with creative testing and data-driven iteration (e.g., A/B testing in ads).
  5. Motion graphics and video editing skills are a big plus.
  6. A keen eye for layout, color, typography, and storytelling.
  7. A curious, collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally.

Bonus Skills:

  1. Experience with 3D modeling or VFX (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D).
  2. Understanding of game UI/UX or in-game marketing design.
  3. Experience designing for mobile-first or short-form content platforms.
