Job Description:

Job overview: We are looking for an Event Product Specialist to support the Account Manager team with the creation and monitoring of all online ticket-shops, primarily in the motorsport, football, exhibition, and festival industries.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  1. Creation and maintenance of ticket shops on behalf of event organizers, including:
  • Creating organizers’ accounts
  • Managing and uploading multilingual online content
  • Managing and creating ticketing elements: ticket types, payment modes, shipping methods, customer types, etc.
  • Mapping third-party providers' interfaces and data elements
  • Validating content and online ticket-shop integrity
  • Managing stock and rate grids
  • Validating event venues/stadiums
  • Creating custom tickets (e-tickets, vouchers, paper tickets, etc.)
  • Handling additional tasks related to ticket-shop lifecycle
  • Managing support tickets and monitoring daily scripts in coordination with internal teams
  • Participating in UAT for new IT projects related to organizer ticket-shops
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree +2/+3
  • Fluency in English & Spanish; mastery of another language is a plus
  • Extremely rigorous with a great sense of detail and excellent writing skills
  • Ownership and autonomy
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Quickly proficient with IT software, tools, and UIs
  • Willing to travel
