Huawei busca un/a becario/a para el equipo de Solar Service en España. La pasantía, de 6 meses, se desarrolla en la oficina de Madrid y propone formación práctica en instalación, arranque y monitorización de inversores Huawei, con posibilidad de contrato al finalizar.

Se requiere formación en Ingeniería de Energía o Ingeniería Industrial, o master, y dominio del español e inglés. No se exige experiencia previa.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Realizar la capacitación de instalación con el cliente/instalador para asegurar que el equipo Huawei esté instalado de forma segura y fiable.
• Instruir sobre las Start-up Instructions del inversor y configurar el inversor para que funcione correctamente.
• Aprender a usar el sistema de monitorización Huawei y a comunicar y monitorizar correctamente las operaciones.
• Localizar fallos y apoyar en el soporte remoto para recuperación de equipos defectuosos.
• Gestión de tickets e incidencias como parte del equipo local.

Service Engineer Internship Huawei is looking for a SOLAR SERVICE TEAM INTERN for Madrid office (located in Las Tablas). The objective of this internship is to:

Objectives

• Understand first‑hand from one of the world's leading manufacturers of PV inverters the operation of a large‑scale PV plant.
• Learn with a 360 vision the different parts of a photovoltaic plant, panels, inverters, cable transformation center, trackers.

Conditions

• 6 months internship.
• Full time (35 hour per week)
• Paid internship.
• When the internship ends, you will have the possibility to join with work contract.

Responsibilities

• You will know the installation training process to the client / installer, ensuring that all Huawei equipment is installed securely, reliable and appropriate.
• You will know the Start‑up Instructions of the inverter: instructing the customer/installer to turn on and configure the inverter, making sure that your Huawei equipment is working normally.
• You will know the Operating instructions of the monitoring system: how to build and use the Huawei monitoring system, making sure that the functions of communication and monitoring can work normally, and be clear so that the client operate.
• Learn how to troubleshoot faulty equipment: Locating the fault by remote support, indicating the customer/staff maintenance like getting the recovery of the defective equipment.
• Support in Tickets management: Incident management as part of our local team.

Qualification

• Energy Engineering, or Industrial Engineering degree or Master.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (official qualifications are a plus)
• No experience required.
