Job summary

Fortune Energy Distribution Europe is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager. You will collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to assist our solar installer customers, ensuring processes run smoothly and on schedule.

Ideal candidates are articulate, proactive, and detail oriented. Core hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with a 40 hour work week. This is a full-time, office-based role in Spain, with opportunities to engage across departments.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in business/marketing related field
• Minimum of two years of project management or related experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in Excel is a must!
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and communicates with all project stakeholders and follows up on all projects in each stage
• Reviews and manages all project related documents
• Provides training and support to ensure solar installers and/or customers understand Fortune Energy Service Platforms
• Promotes Fortune Energy Service Platform services including cash flow sponsor program, membership, proposal tools, paid leads, and design services
• Manages installers and EPC networks and maintains relationships and related activities
• Collects and summarizes feedback from solar installers to optimize project management procedures
• Participates in conferences and exhibitions as needed
