At Saal Digital, we are now looking for home-based, English-Speaking Software Testers who are willing to work on a permanent basis.

On the one hand, we focus on producing and delivering first-class physical photo products to our customers at reasonable prices. On the other hand, we develop our own digital software solutions for our customers to design and order their products and for our employees to work in an efficient environment.

Requirements :

• High level of English.
• Proven experience in software testing.
• Technical proficiency : Strong understanding of software, with the ability to read and interpret technical documentation and knowledge base (KB) procedures.
• Communication skills : Ability to clearly and effectively explain technical contexts to technical audiences.
• Adaptability : Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and environments, along with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Software Testing : Perform comprehensive testing on new software features, validating functionality and adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Identification : Detect and document software issues, providing detailed reports and reproducible steps for the development team.
• Collaboration : Partner with development teams to communicate findings effectively and contribute to enhancing product quality.
• Process Optimization : Proactively identify and implement improvements to testing procedures and tools to streamline processes.

We offer :

• 100% home-based work from Spain. The possibility to work in our offices in Malaga if you wish (optional only).
• Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week).
• Monday to Friday, flexitime within a specified schedule, minimum 30 minutes break time.
