ERNI is seeking a Senior Software Lead/Architect to drive the technical evolution of robotics and industrial automation projects. You will shape technology strategy, guide architectural decisions, and help define the software product roadmap using Node.js and React.

As a senior profile, you will mentor colleagues, participate in onboarding, and contribute to pre‑sales and solution definition, with a hybrid model and on-site collaboration in Barcelona.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead, Software Architect or Lead Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and React with ability to guide architecture decisions.
• Experience defining software product roadmaps and managing cross‑solution dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into technical direction and lead engineering teams.
• Advanced English and willingness to work on-site 2 days per week in Barcelona.

Can you imagine leading the technical evolution of digital software solutions in the robotics and industrial sector?

Join our expert team to work on a Robotics and Industrial Automation project, contributing to the evolution of interconnected digital software solutions. You will apply your knowledge of Node.js and React to define technology strategies, guide architectural decisions and drive the software product roadmap.

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead, Software Architect or Lead Developer, with a strong software engineering background and technical leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of Node.js and React, with the ability to guide software architecture and technology decisions.

• Experience defining software product roadmaps, technology strategies and managing dependencies across interconnected digital solutions.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical decisions, lead engineering teams and contribute to pre-sales and solution definition activities.

• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work on-site 2 days per week in Barcelona. Experience with Python, robotics or industrial automation is a plus.
