ERNI is seeking a senior Product Owner/Manager to lead the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for its international healthcare platform. You will work with engineering, architecture, UX, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and deliver valuable digital solutions, while mentoring teams and growing your influence across projects in a hybrid Barcelona-based setup.

More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital or software products.
Technical background, or experience as a Product Owner working closely with software development teams.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe. SAFe certification is a plus, but advanced expertise is not required.
Experience working with AWS and cloud-based products or platforms.
Ability to understand technical concepts, discuss implementation options and make informed product decisions with engineering teams.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, UX and business stakeholders.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and product management tools in global organizations.
Advanced English level and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About The Position

You will apply your knowledge of Product Management, software development and Agile methodologies to define product priorities, maximize business value and deliver high quality digital solutions.

What You Will Bring

More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital or software products.

Our working model

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
