Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Software Support Specialist for the Chinese market. The Software Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users of software products or applications, focusing on troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing guidance to ensure smooth software operation. This role involves interacting with both internal staff and external clients, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
