Your future responsibilities include:

• Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software applications
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality
• Advise the software teams on the creation and improvement of tests at various levels
• Perform regression testing to ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Provide clear and concise test reports and documentation

Your professional and personal profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a Software QA Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for test automation
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, pytest, JUnit, Nunit, and integration in CI / CD workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory. German language skills are a plus, but not required
• Experience in working with German companies is a plus
