QA Engineer– Installation & Maintenance

Main Responsibilities

We are looking for a QA Engineer to enhance the Installation & maintenance quality developments:

• Define the acceptance criteria and requirements of user stories.
• Define and execute test plans and scenarios.
• Foster and promote testing best practices with the team, and together with other QAs in the area, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Take care of the product and processes’ quality, driving to 0 the bugs in production.
• Create and maintain test sets and business processes automated regression tests among the different environments.

Competencies

• 3+ years’ experience in QA teams.
• Critical and proactive thinking to define test scenarios and regressions.
• Experience with testing plugins in JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with testing automation tools (Selenium, Webdriver.IO, Appium).
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies/Lean and tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Knowledge of code repositories and Gitflow.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and Sonarqube.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or SoapUI.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Selenium, WebdriverIO, Appium, Cypress, and ideally Playwright.
• Solid understanding of the Page Object Model pattern for frontend test automation.
• Familiarity with Xray for test case management and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Education:

• Master/B.A in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications.
• English B2.
