TD SYNNEX is seeking a motivated Trainee to join the Software Operations team in Barcelona. You will gain hands-on experience in software business operations, process management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within an international technology environment.

The role supports daily operational activities, data analysis, and reporting while working closely with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is important.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Software Operations activities.
• Assist in tracking operational metrics, KPIs, and service performance indicators.
• Maintain and update operational reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support data validation and analysis activities to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Vendor Management, and Customer Service.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Help manage and monitor operational requests, incidents, and escalations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and operational summaries for stakeholders.
• Document procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to join our Software Operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software business operations, process management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within an international technology environment. The trainee will support daily operational activities, contribute to process improvement initiatives, assist in data analysis and reporting, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Software Operations activities.
• Assist in tracking operational metrics, KPIs, and service performance indicators.
• Maintain and update operational reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support data validation and analysis activities to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Vendor Management, and Customer Service.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in: Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, or Excel advanced functions.
• Familiarity with ERP or HR systems (SAP, Workday, etc.).
• Basic understanding of business processes and operations management.
• Experience using data analysis or reporting tools.
