Job summary

TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a motivated Trainee to join our Software Operations team in Barcelona. Gain hands-on experience in software business operations, process management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within an international technology environment.

You will support day-to-day activities, contribute to KPI tracking, dashboards, and data analysis, and participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Software Operations activities.
• Assist in tracking operational metrics, KPIs, and service performance indicators.
• Maintain and update operational reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support data validation and analysis activities to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Vendor Management, and Customer Service.
• Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Help manage and monitor operational requests, incidents, and escalations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and operational summaries for stakeholders.
• Document procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects.
