Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced software professional to lead the development and enhancement of a global tool (PDB-Tool). You will oversee architecture, roadmap, and high-quality coding while coordinating with local users and development teams to extend the tool across product lines.

The role requires strong C# and SQL skills, architectural knowledge, and a track record of leading teams, ensuring scalability and robust QA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the development and enhancement of the PDB-Tool globally to meet user needs and align with company goals.
• Overseeing the tool's architecture, coding adherence and roadmap, prioritizing development tasks.
• Liaising with local PDB Users/Development Teams to ensure aligned development and extension of tool into additional product lines.
• Define and maintain the tool’s architecture and roadmap in alignment with Business Unit’s PDB Roadmap.
• Analysing detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application and configuration of the end user applications and/or system.
• Coding internally developed applications and/or configuring commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications using programming, scripting, and database languages.
• Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
• Oversee code quality through reviews, testing, and performance monitoring.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on user needs and strategic direction.
• Ensure the tool is scalable, adaptable, and meets evolving company requirements.
• Incorporate user feedback to enhance usability and functionality.
• Facilitate communication between users and developers, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Provide last-level support, maintain documentation, and deliver training and release notes
