Hub OS is an integrated hotel operations SaaS platform serving a global portfolio of clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic Hub OS Implementation team.
THE ROLE
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our software solutions either on-site or remotely , ensuring a smooth onboarding experience tailored to each client’s operational needs.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Design and present comprehensive project onboarding plans for each client based on contracted modules and specific requirements.
- Supporting and making sure all customers complete, on time, the required configuration file, to start the setup and customization of the system based on customer needs and modules contracted.
- Work closely with new clients to request-gather the information necessary to build the hotels’ live environment and optimal configuration best suited to their operational requirements.
- Configure & calibrate the software solution to reflect their hotel & operational workflows.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the implementation process, ensuring effective communication and optimal efficiency.
- Advise clients on how to adapt operational processes to align with our solution.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, strategically prioritizing to stay on track with timelines.
- Deliver comprehensive training and support through UAT / testing cycles.
- Collaborate with the Sales team during the final stages of the sales cycle for a seamless handover.
- Identify implementation blockers and opportunities for improvement.
- Create documentation to support a better understanding of the implementation process and for training purposes.
- Gain a deep product knowledge to solve customers challenges and objections during and after the implementation.
- Provide support for live installations, ensuring all issues are logged, communicated, and resolved promptly..
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in the hospitality industry—experience with hotel operations or hospitality tech platforms (e.g., PMS, Revenue Management, Channel Managers) preferred.
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Comfortable with technology and the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
- Knowledge of the hoteliers’ pain points, hospitality tech trends, products and competitors.
- Confident working in the IT space—smartphone apps, SaaS, and cloud-based platforms (no formal IT qualifications required).
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to travel all around the world for at least 50% of the time.
- Excellent level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience explaining thoroughly and with different terms and tones depending on the audience, system functionalities and benefits.
- Strong project management skills; capable of handling multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset, but also able to work independently.
