dormakaba Spain is seeking a PC & Software Specialist to own the full lifecycle of the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise platform. You will be responsible for reliable deployment, integration, and maintenance of the system images and application software.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in developing Windows IoT images as well as implementing cybersecurity compliance. We offer excellent health insurance, flexible remuneration including childcare and transport tickets, and remote working days.

Formación

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in C# (.NET/WPF) and C++ (Qt) development.
• Typical education level: Bachelor's plus 3-5 years, or Master's with 2-3 years.

• Develop and maintain Windows IoT images using WinPE, DISM, and Sysprep.
• Build and operate automated deployment pipelines with PowerShell and WDS.

Position Overview

The PC & Software Specialist owns the full lifecycle of the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise platform for embedded access systems. The role ensures reliable deployment, integration, and maintenance of system images, drivers, and application software. It establishes and enforces cybersecurity compliance in line with CRA requirements. Additionally, it serves as the technical authority for Windows-based platforms, guiding deployment strategy and hardware alignment.

Position Overview

The PC & Software Specialist owns the full lifecycle of the Windows 11 IoT Enterprise platform for embedded access systems. The role ensures reliable deployment, integration, and maintenance of system images, drivers, and application software. It establishes and enforces cybersecurity compliance in line with CRA requirements. Additionally, it serves as the technical authority for Windows-based platforms, guiding deployment strategy and hardware alignment.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain Windows IoT images using WinPE, DISM, and Sysprep
• Build and operate automated deployment pipelines (PowerShell, PXE, WDS)
• Integrate drivers and application software into system images
• Manage updates, patching, and version control (Git-based)
• Implement and maintain security baselines (WDAC, AppLocker, UWF)
• Create and maintain CRA-compliant documentation (SBOM, CVE tracking)
• Develop and maintain tools in C# (.NET/WPF) and C++ (Qt)
• Support testing, tooling, and IPC/Windows environments)
