The Lead Product Line skyra holds end‑to‑end accountability for the success of the assigned product line.

The role defines the product line strategy and innovation roadmap within the product family framework, acts as an entrepreneur for the business striving for market leadership, and owns portfolio and product lifecycle decisions for the product line.

Formación

• University degree in engineering, business economics, marketing, communications, MBA strongly preferred.

• Own the opportunity assessment and strategic focus for the assigned product line.
• Define and own the product line roadmap in alignment with the product family strategy and innovation priorities.
• Own strategic product definitions for the product line, including offerings, variants, value propositions and differentiation.
• Steer and coordinate cross‑functional teams responsible for realizing the product line roadmap and make scope/timing/prioritization decisions.
• Ensure effective readiness and orchestration of product line launches across markets with marketing and sales alignment.
• Own performance steering of the product line across sales, margin, growth and customer adoption.
• Own lifecycle management for the product line, including complexity reduction, variant management and phase‑out decisions.

Position Overview

The Lead Product Line skyra holds end‑to‑end accountability for the success of the assigned product line.

The role defines the product line strategy and innovation roadmap within the product family framework, acts as an entrepreneur for the business striving for market leadership, and owns portfolio and product lifecycle decisions for the product line.

What you will do

• Opportunity & Portfolio Vision: Own the opportunity assessment and strategic focus for the assigned product line. Steer identification and prioritization of customer needs, use cases and market opportunities within defined segments and regions, aligned with the overarching product family strategy.
• Product Roadmap: Define and own the product line roadmap in alignment with the product family strategy and innovation priorities. Translate portfolio‑level direction into concrete product line initiatives, sequencing and investment focus.
• Product Definition: Own strategic product definitions for the product line, including offerings, variants, value propositions and differentiation. Ensure that customer and market requirements are consistently reflected in product concepts, positioning and scope decisions.
• Project Realization: Steer and coordinate cross‑functional teams responsible for realizing the product line roadmap. Act as business owner and decision authority for scope, timing and priority trade‑offs, ensuring alignment with business case and portfolio objectives.
• Product Launch & Go‑to‑Market: Ensure effective readiness and orchestration of product line launches across markets. Steer alignment of positioning, pricing logic, GTM concepts and sales enablement in coordination with Marketing and Sales.
• Performance Tracking: Own performance steering of the product line across sales, margin, growth and customer adoption. Review performance insights and initiate corrective actions or roadmap adjustments where needed.
• Phase‑out & Lifecycle Management: Own lifecycle management for the product line, including complexity reduction, variant management and phase‑out decisions. Ensure a healthy balance between innovation, sustainment, profitability and customer impact.
