Your Responsibilities:

1. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of embedded electronic systems.
2. Lead the design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance of high-quality embedded firmware for next-generation mobility products.
3. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring continuous skills development and technical excellence.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams, including electronics, mechanics, and hardware.
5. Drive improvements in firmware development using best practices such as unit testing and Agile methodologies.
6. Ensure project timelines and deliverables align with business objectives.
7. Operate in a fast-paced and diverse development environment.

Requirements:

1. Relevant higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in people management, with a proven ability to lead and mentor engineers.
3. 12+ years of experience in bare-metal programming with C (at least 3-5 years in the automotive sector).
4. Strong knowledge of ARM architecture and embedded system hardware peripheral blocks.
5. Experience with communication protocols such as GPIO, ADC, DMA, UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN Bus.
6. Proficiency in debugging with logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.
7. Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
8. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience programming Cypress PSoC microcontrollers.
2. Familiarity with Git/GitHub for source control.
3. Knowledge of C++, C#, and Python for additional software development tasks.
