What You'll Build And Who You'll Work With

• Website: Build and optimize alan.com - the high-traffic platform where millions discover Alan and convert into members across all our markets.
• Marketing Engine: Power up all our acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM, etc.) that drive organic and paid traffic at scale. Keep pace with marketing trends and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
• Self-Serve Flow: Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly - from discovery, quote to final signup.
• Broader initiatives: Support partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that strengthen Alan’s market position.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams (Engineering, Data, PM, Design).

We seek engineers with 3+ years of experience who are excited about transforming growth challenges and marketing complexity into simple, member-first experiences.

• Interest in the business side - understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and growth drivers.
