Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Specialist to join our Fraud department within the Decision&AI division. Your main responsibility will be designing and implementing architecture systems that support our Java applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with client needs. You will work closely with the development team to improve our technology stack and help shape the future of our department.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with technology leaders and product teams to understand goals and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
3. Lead the technical architecture and design of Java-based projects.
4. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot design flaws.
5. Conduct validation and performance tests, generate reports, and provide recommendations.
6. Perform code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
2. At least 8 years of professional Java development experience.
3. Solid experience in Java application development and software architecture.
4. Deep knowledge of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
5. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
6. Experience with event-driven architecture and telemetry tools (NewRelic, Datadog, etc.).
7. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
8. Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
